These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the luggage management service provided by Lodgy.
1. Service Description
Lodgy facilitates the transport of luggage from partner hotels to final destination points (airports, homes, etc.).
2. User Responsibilities
- The user must correctly declare the number of items.
- Transport of illegal, dangerous or prohibited items is not allowed.
- Luggage must be ready at the hotel reception at the agreed time.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. After that period, no refund will be made.
